Technical Support Engineer - Remote

In Short

• 4-5 years technical support experience in a SaaS related businesses
• Open to working the East Coast shift [7am - 4pm]
• Experience working in IAM, IT, Security space
• Ability to understand some programming languages [e.g. Java, Python, or C#] and experience using a Terraform provider
• Develop a deep understanding of the technical side of our products
• Act as a point of contact for technical support
• Conduct training sessions for customers
• Gather customer feedback on the product
• Utilize data and analytics to assess customer usage patterns
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs
