The Market Care Navigator provides front-office support to clinical teams, managing communication and assisting patients in accessing healthcare services.

In Short

• Hybrid role with occasional in-office days in Long Island City.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare.
• 1+ year of call center experience.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in telephony and medical records systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Prioritization skills for managing tasks.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
