Overview

The Senior Director, Total Rewards is a strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping and executing Conair’s global Total Rewards philosophy. This role oversees the design, implementation, governance, and communication of compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs that attract, retain, and inspire talent across all regions. The Senior Director partners closely with executive leadership to ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with the business strategy and culture of Conair Brands.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing global Total Rewards team.
• Define and evolve the global Total Rewards strategy.
• Serve as an advisor on compensation and benefits matters.

• Ensure global health and welfare programs are compliant and cost-effective.
• Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making.
• Develop communication materials for Total Rewards programs.
• Support governance of equity and incentive programs.
• Partner with HR leaders to adapt benefits to local markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Expertise in global compensation design and administration.
• Strong understanding of labor, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
