• Serve as the first stop for employee questions.

• Conduct regular audits of personnel files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–2+ years of HR or administrative experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
