Overview

Conair is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter/Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team for a six‑month assignment. This role is ideal for a high‑energy, resourceful recruiting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, complex, and high‑volume environment.

• Manage a high‑volume requisition load across multiple business units.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting including intake meetings and candidate experience management.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers.
• Maintain a high bar for candidate quality while meeting timelines.
• Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS.
• Represent Conair’s brand in all candidate interactions.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven success in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.
• Exceptional sourcing skills including Boolean search.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle many requisitions.
• Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
