Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence across assigned customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy, order execution, and inventory alignment processes are managed effectively to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer account management experience.
• Associate’s degree in Business or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
