Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce) is responsible for supporting Salesforce end users, driving system adoption, ensuring strong data governance, and delivering actionable sales analytics to support informed business decisions.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary support partner for Salesforce end users.
  • Document, enforce, and maintain Salesforce data governance policies.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to analyze business needs and define requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current and future sales processes.
  • Deliver training sessions to drive Salesforce adoption.
  • Monitor upstream and downstream integrations impacting Salesforce data.
  • Support change management initiatives tied to new features.
  • Own and manage the Salesforce enhancement backlog.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or Salesforce-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce as a system of record.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and territory management.
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate data insights clearly.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity.
