Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
• Familiarity with sales lead routing platforms like Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze data and identify issues.
• Effective communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and mastery of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing priorities.
• Exceptional executive communication skills.
• Experience with BI Tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Problem-solving and systematic approach to outcomes.
