• Support day-to-day Sales function.
• Provide Salesforce and Ops Console user support.
• Optimize tasks and automate manual processes.
• Maintain documentation for sales processes.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Assist in new sales tool setup and training.
• Execute projects to enhance sales team efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales reps and cross-functional teams.
• Manage data integrity and routine clean-ups.
• Act as the first line of defense for production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years experience in Sales Operations.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Able to create thorough documentation.
