• Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to Sales Leaders and Account Executives.
• Manage US territory optimization, balancing, and realignment.
• Maintain territory data integrity in Salesforce and related systems.
• Establish and enforce pipeline management best practices.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Drive adherence to internal rules of engagement.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems on Salesforce enhancements.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis, reporting, and operational support.
