In Short

• Provide day-to-day support and thought partnership to Sales leadership.
• Support, develop, and execute sales strategy projects.
• Identify, draft, and implement process and tool improvements.
• Develop quotas and provide input to compensation planning.
• Develop pipeline management best practices and metrics.
• Partner with other teams to develop sales metrics and operational reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategy, ops, or analytical experience.
• Strong business partner with experience advising sales leaders.
• Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
• Passion for sales and improving team productivity.
• Experience with sales-stack technologies and analytical tools.
• Self-starter and fast learner.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to influence senior leaders.
