Overview

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support the North American market while working remotely in Brazil. This role will collaborate with GTM leadership, marketing, and sales to enhance lead workflows, improve sales enablement strategies, and maintain data integrity in our CRM and marketing automation platforms.

In Short

  • Support management of lead entry, qualification, and distribution to sales representatives.
  • Ensure accurate data recording and maintenance in CRM platforms like Pipedrive and HubSpot.
  • Manage best practices for lead management and sales enablement to improve efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain sales materials and content for various sales stages.
  • Ensure integration and continuous use of lead management tools and CRM systems.
  • Track and report performance metrics and provide insights for sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead scoring models and buyer journeys.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing sales team members.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Over 5 years of experience working with team members at all organizational levels.
  • Solid experience in lead management, sales enablement, or similar roles in a B2B tech company.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms like HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
