Sales Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales teams in maintaining accurate data and driving efficiency across client opportunity management, contract administration, and revenue reporting.

In Short

• Maintain 100% accuracy and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
• Manage and update the active pipeline.
• Extract Salesforce reports and build structured rhythm for tracking opportunity closure.
• Participate in twice-weekly syncs with Sales and internal teams.
• Support weekly sales file preparation and ensure accuracy of sales data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to revenue and pipeline.
• Be agile and flexible in adapting to the upcoming migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines and revenue recognition processes.
