Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our sales leaders through data-driven decision-making and insights, ensuring the integrity of sales data and enhancing sales performance.

  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales data analytics or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience in a software or SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales processes and pipeline management methodologies.
