Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst at Megaport will work closely with sales leadership and other business functions to manage order processes, ensure data quality in CRM systems, and provide strategic insights to enhance sales efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales operations or related role.
• Background in networking or cloud computing preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce; certification is a plus.
