Overview

The Senior Director of Global Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing and managing Blend’s compensation and benefits programs, which includes salary, bonuses, benefits, 401k and equity.

  • Design and manage sales compensation plans.
  • Design and manage executive compensation programs.

  • Oversee employee benefit program design and management.
  • Administer the 401k and compliance audits.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding total rewards.
  • Develop communication strategies for total rewards programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles and benefits administration.
  • Experience with global compensation programs.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
