In Short

  • Lead the Total Rewards function to enhance employee experience.
  • Manage enterprise-wide reward programs and compensation governance.
  • Collaborate with executives to craft a comprehensive compensation philosophy.
  • Evaluate market trends to ensure competitiveness of rewards programs.
  • Lead annual strategic planning for rewards programs and budgets.
  • Serve as a primary integrator across HR, Payroll, and Finance.
  • Identify and mitigate compensation-related operational risks.
  • Develop compensation analytics capabilities to support decision-making.
  • Oversee administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Build relationships with benefits brokers and providers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Proven success in designing scalable rewards strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation philosophy and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Payroll, and HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
