Overview

The Success Coach is a member of the Implementation Services team and supports Great Minds in its mission to promote adoption and effective implementation of all curriculum products. This role is an exceptional opportunity for skilled teachers or instructional coaches who are experienced in implementing a high-quality curriculum in Central area schools.

In Short

• Support the adoption and implementation of Great Minds curriculum products.
• Provide on-site support, coaching, and professional development (PD).
• Engage in internal training to deepen expertise in new offerings.
• Document and communicate insights about implementation to leadership.
• Represent Great Minds through presentations and content creation.
• Maintain a supportive culture emphasizing trust and collegiality.
• Work remotely but may travel for on-site support up to 80% of the time.
• Must have at least 3 years of teaching or coaching experience.
• Experience with Great Minds curricula is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• 3+ years of teaching or coaching experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality PD.
• Proficiency in Great Minds instructional design.
• Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Ability to coach in multiple content areas.
• Experience with digital and print education platforms.
• Strong organizational skills for project management.
• Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingualism is a plus.
