Bilingual Health Coach - Remote

Overview

The Bilingual Health Coach will assist medical clinics by performing care management functions, answering calls, and promoting patient self-management while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

In Short

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Full-time position with primary hours Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Starting salary up to $20.00 an hour.
• Assist with care management and patient inquiries.

Requirements

• LSCSW, LPN, Medical Assistant, or Certified Nurse Assistant certification/licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years of front desk experience.
• Knowledge of medical practice.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to demonstrate positive customer service skills.
