Overview

The Bilingual Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for families, patients, and external inquiries in a U.S.-based telehealth provider specializing in pediatric and behavioral health services.

• Fully remote position with overlap in U.S. EST working hours.
• Manage incoming patient inquiries and support tickets.
• Assist new patients during onboarding and enrollment.

• Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
