Overview

As a Client Success Manager at College Pads, you will be responsible for ensuring that university and property management clients fully utilize the platform, focusing on onboarding new partners and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Background in real estate, student housing, or higher education is preferred.
• Understanding of the off-campus housing market.
• Experience supporting SaaS or technology platforms.
