Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) will play a key role in ensuring the overall success of Crosslake’s client relationships, interacting with senior leadership and key client contacts to drive processes critical to client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Maintain client data records for reliable information.
  • Administer client account and project document processes.
  • Coordinate early-stage client engagement logistics.
  • Review opportunities in the business development pipeline.
  • Provide general administrative support to client-facing leadership.
  • Engage in internal and external correspondence.
  • Assist with generating reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure timely execution of documentation.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of client operations or sales support experience.
  • BA / BS in a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce and HubSpot preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Solid data analysis and data cleansing skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
