Client Success Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Success Manager will be the first point of contact for families, patients, and external inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all families engaging with Clarity Pediatrics’ services.

In Short

• Fully remote position with overlapping EST working hours.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Handle incoming patient inquiries and tickets promptly.
• Assist new patients with the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with Care Operations and Revenue Operations teams.
• Manage appointment rescheduling requests efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the initial setup.
• Facilitate the enrollment process for new patients.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure consistent and accurate responses using predefined macros.

Requirements

• Ability to handle tasks with care and sensitivity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in customer support or related fields.
• Proficiency in using ticket management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
