In Short

• Looking for a Product Manager to develop and execute the full lifecycle of our core Literacy product line.
• Align products with Great Minds’ mission of serving all students with high-quality instructional materials.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Product, and act as the voice of the customer.
• Conduct market research, user insights, and data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams for product strategy and execution.
• Monitor P&L for the product line and surface risks to leadership.
• Ensure alignment between instructional philosophy and content development.
• Engage in stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Deep respect for the philosophy and pedagogy of Great Minds.
• Full-time position with remote work flexibility.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in education publishing and product management.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Business acumen for strategic pricing and resource prioritization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
