Overview

The Company ApprovalMax is looking for a Product Manager to own two flagship products: ApprovalMax for Xero and ApprovalMax for QuickBooks Online. These are the company’s core revenue drivers, serving 20,000+ businesses across 70+ countries with accounts payable automation.

In Short

Own the product backlog for both core products.
Talk to customers directly to understand their needs.
Define success metrics and measure product impact using analytics tools.
Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success teams.
Define and prioritize AI use cases for the product.
Work closely with the Technical Product Lead.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience owning a product backlog.
Track record of using product analytics effectively.
Experience with AI-powered features in B2B SaaS.
Strong customer research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
