In Short

• Independently own execution and continuous improvement within a defined product domain.
• Apply professional judgment to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
• Deliver high-quality enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Translate complex customer and business problems into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate tradeoffs and make prioritization recommendations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support for smooth releases.
• Conduct customer interviews and feedback analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage the backlog for your feature area, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
• Track and analyze key metrics related to your product area.
• Support root-cause analysis for defects or customer issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience making prioritization decisions within a structured product environment.
• Ability to adapt existing approaches to resolve ambiguous product challenges.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Working knowledge of APIs and/or technical products.
• Professional maturity to operate independently.
• Curiosity and desire to grow into a more strategic PM role.
