Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Over 3 years of product management experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of launching tech products.
• Strong product judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead teams without formal authority.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in ambiguous environments.
• Deep partnership experience with engineering and design.
• History of high achievement and career progression.
