• Provide expert and strategic legal advice to Interra Brands.
• Contribute to internal governance policies, evaluating the impact of external factors.
• Assess company decisions with an eye toward supporting company strategy.
• Advise on legal matters in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
• Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically.
• Partner with external parties on a range of legal matters.
• Analyze complex matters that cut across legal and business-related topics.
• Track key regulatory changes and inform Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree with a law license in good standing in at least one state.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience practicing law.
• Deep understanding of legal issues affecting the healthcare industry.
• Ability to develop legal policies aligned with business goals.
• Problem-solving and consultative approach to support internal clients.
• Detail oriented in reviewing complex contracts.
• Versatility in handling a wide range of contracts.
• Familiarity with technology license reviews and AI regulations is a plus.
