Overview

The Business Development Executive is an integral part of the Revenue Generation division, focused predominantly on the US market. This role is responsible for driving new opportunities/prospects through to closure and supporting the achievement of stated annual revenue targets for the region.

In Short

  • Drive new business by developing relationships with prospective accounts.
  • Deliver individual and collective sales revenue targets.
  • Utilize CCi’s ERA3 sales methodology for opportunity development.
  • Document and update all communication and sales activities in CRM.
  • Create and maintain a competitive advantage through impactful communications.
  • Own the diagnose, design, and close stages of the sales process.
  • Identify decision-makers and understand client pain points.
  • Develop a value hypothesis to engage with C-Suite decision-makers.
  • Coordinate meetings and demo presentations with prospect clients.
  • Manage proposals, negotiations, and closing activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development and sales.
  • Strong networking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with various internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience in contract management and negotiations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
