Overview

The Business Development Executive is an integral part of the Revenue Generation division, focused predominantly on the European market. This position is responsible for driving new opportunities/prospects through to closure and supporting the achievement of stated annual revenue targets for the region.

In Short

  • Drive new business by developing relationships with prospective accounts.
  • Deliver individual and collective sales revenue targets.
  • Utilize CCi’s ERA3 sales methodology for opportunity development.
  • Document all communication and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Create competitive advantages through impactful communications.
  • Identify decision-makers and understand client pain points.
  • Develop a value hypothesis to engage with C-Suite decision-makers.
  • Coordinate meetings and demo presentations with clients.
  • Manage proposals and negotiations with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare weekly progress and forecast reports with the regional team.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development and sales.
  • Strong networking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with various levels of client organizations.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecasts accurately.
