Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Experience in agribusiness or agriculture credit preferred.
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation and resiliency.
• Skill in developing interpersonal relationships.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM programs.
