• Seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join Figure Markets.
• Primary role involves developing new potential clients and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify sales funnels and pipelines.
• Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and Figure Market’s businesses.
• Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Manage the handover of newly acquired clients with the Customer Success Team.
• Responsible for the full sales-cycle including prospecting and closing.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives.
• Must be a self-starter.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Cryptocurrency sales roles.
• Hunter mentality with a drive to prospect and resilient follow-up.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and blockchain technology.
• Experience cultivating client relationships in person and over the phone.
• Strong client relationship building experience.
• Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency.
• Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
