In Short

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our cleaning services.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend the best cleaning solutions.
• Turn warm leads into confirmed bookings by highlighting our services’ value.
• Stay up to date with our service offerings to confidently answer customer questions.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep customer information accurate and up to date in our CRM system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns with confidence and great communication.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of telesales or sales experience, ideally in the cleaning or service industry.
• Experience in Residential, End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning, Janitorial Services, or Garden Services is a plus.
• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule.
• Must have your own laptop, a reliable internet connection, and backup systems for power outages.
• Willingness to work weekends and during the festive season when needed.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle rejection like a pro.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally.

• Competitive base salary of R8,000 per month plus an attractive commission structure.
• On Target Earnings of R25,000 per month (R8,000 basic + uncapped commission).
