The Closing Coordinator is responsible for the accurate processing, closing, funding, and servicing of transactions secured by real estate properties, working in a hybrid model with up to 50% remote work.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Previous related work experience preferred
• Closing Agent License preferred
• Commissioned as a Notary Public
• Knowledge of loan approval processes and title insurance
• Ability to gather information for document preparation
