Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Cohere, you will play a significant role in growing the business by developing a deep understanding of customer problems and mapping them to Cohere solutions.

In Short

• Lead technical discussions on customer calls.
• Deep dive into customer problems and Cohere technology.
• Design enterprise solutions using NLP technology.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and Proof of Concepts.
• Develop processes for the solutions architect team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Work with partners to enable customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical pre/post sales roles.
• 2+ years in architecting or deploying NLP/AI solutions.
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and implement processes.
• Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes.
• Preferred: Networking experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with authentication protocols.
