Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Architect at dbt Labs, you will lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of dbt Cloud for our largest enterprise and commercial customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our platform.

In Short

• Work with customers throughout their dbt Cloud journey.
• Design enterprise-grade data pipelines in dbt Cloud.
• Collaborate with customer contacts for architecture approvals.
• Partner across departments to support go-to-market efforts.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally.
• Travel up to ~25% of the time.
• Engage with the dbt community through blogging and meetups.
• Drive customer product adoption and expansion.
• Become an expert in articulating dbt Cloud's business value.
• Support the growth of the dbt ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting.
• Strong technical background in SQL, ETL, and data modelling.
• Understanding of modern data warehousing architectures.
• Ability to gather and translate technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for varied audiences.
• Able to navigate a fast-paced work environment.
