Overview

The Business Development Officer is responsible for hunting and closing new business while retaining and growing key clients in the North American region, contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in financial, banking, or insurance solutions is a plus.
  • Strong cold-calling and new business skills.
  • Proven record in client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Robust network in designated territory.
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively.
  • P&C License or ability to obtain it within 60 days.
