Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our sales team in EMEA.

In Short

  • Outbound prospecting to engage HR and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success to detect new business opportunities.
  • Participate in key client calls including quarterly business reviews.
  • Establish a trusted advisor approach with prospects and customers.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Achieve outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Engage with a value-based selling approach to delight customers.
  • Strong company culture and values.

Requirements

  • 3 years+ in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years as an Account Executive.
  • Enterprise experience focused on expansion opportunities.
  • A hunter mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and engage executive buyers.
  • A team-player with positivity and energy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience with Gong & Apollo is a plus.
  • Fluent English required; French proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 and C-Level buyers is nice to have.
