  • Join CoderPad's sales team as an Account Executive.
  • Engage key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Identify technical hiring challenges and drive CoderPad's value proposition.
  • Break into target accounts through outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success to find new business opportunities.
  • Establish a trusted advisor approach with prospects.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Achieve outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Utilize a value-based selling approach.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in SaaS sales, with at least 1 year as an Account Executive.
  • Hunter mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and engage executive buyers.
  • Team-player with positivity and energy.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce CRM; Gong & Apollo is a plus.
