Overview

As a Strategic Account Executive at CoderPad, you will oversee the expansion of our largest customers through engagement with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and Engineering, contributing to the mission of improving the technical interviewing experience.

In Short

  • Oversee expansion of largest customers like Meta, LinkedIn, and Apple.
  • Engage Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders.
  • Own the sales process from start to finish.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in key client calls and quarterly business reviews.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Achieve predefined outbound activity and revenue targets.
  • Engage with a value-based selling approach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS sales, with 2+ years as an Account Executive.
  • Enterprise experience focused on expansion opportunities.
  • Hunter mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience with Gong & Apollo is a plus.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 and C-Level buyers is nice to have.
