Overview

CoderPad’s Strategic Account Executive oversees the expansion of our largest customers through the engagement of key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders as a part of our mission to better the technical interview process for everyone.

In Short

  • Outbound prospecting into a triaged list of target accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success to detect new business opportunities
  • Participate on key client calls including quarterly business reviews
  • Establish a trusted advisor approach with new prospects
  • Suggest new ideas to improve our product and processes
  • Achieve pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Engage with a value-based selling approach

Requirements

  • 3 years+ in SaaS sales positions
  • Enterprise experience focused on expansion opportunities
  • A hunter mindset and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and engage executive buyers
  • A team-player with positivity and energy
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 and C-Level buyers is a plus
