In Short

  • Lead a team of net new business Account Executives for global sales.
  • Provide leadership and strategy to meet and exceed booking targets.
  • Hire, train, and coach account executives focused on enterprise logo acquisition.
  • Partner with VP of Sales & VP of Marketing for operational strategies.
  • Define target accounts and outreach strategies for EMEA and North America.
  • Drive efficiency in sales outreach and targeting.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of net new bookings.
  • Create and test sales strategies and playbooks for new business.
  • Implement MEDDPICC sales strategy improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in net new sales with complex sales processes.
  • 1-2 years of sales leadership experience managing new business account executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue and quota targets.
  • Experience driving sales strategies in North America and EMEA.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative in achieving goals.
