Overview

Coder is looking for a Federal Partner Sales Manager to grow our business via partner channels, including federal system integrator (FSI), distribution, and value-added reseller (VAR) partners.

In Short

  • Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both Coder and partners
  • Cultivate and manage relationships across key partner functional areas (leadership, sales, marketing, professional services, etc.)
  • Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint marketing engagements, sales trainings, and other activities to drive partner engagement
  • Act as the key liaison for Coder federal sales and partner sales and delivery teams to enable us to win new joint customers and expand on current opportunities

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales
  • Quantifiable record of success in business development in the federal space
  • Understanding of complex federal sales and procurement (GSA, SEWP, etc.)
  • Experience building and growing successful relationships with FSIs and VARs
  • Knowledge of federal IT infrastructure and modernization challenges
  • Strong work ethic and ability to move fast in a startup environment
  • Player/coach mentality; someone who is coachable and can coach others
  • Curiosity about technology and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Initiative and ownership of outcomes
  • Constantly looking for ways to add value
