Requirements

• Customer-first mindset.
• Data-driven & analytical skills.
• Technical aptitude for software products.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or cloud communication tools.
• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Familiarity with customer tools like Zendesk or HubSpot.
• Fluency in German & English.
