Zero Trust Escalation Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Zero Trust Escalation Engineering team, you will play a key role in addressing technical issues experienced by customers and internal users in all layers of our Zero Trust offering.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Zero Trust product portfolio.
• Experience with network-related software.
• Debugging experience with TLS terminating proxies.
• Familiarity with DNS over HTTPS and related protocols.
• Proven problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Experience with network data captures.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Rust, or Go.
