Overview

As an Escalation Engineer at Axonius, you will be responsible for providing rapid response to complex issues, ensuring high availability and performance of our software solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
• Rapidly triage and analyze system and software-related issues.
• Join customer calls to diagnose and resolve urgent issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role supporting enterprise software.
• 5+ years working with APIs, Linux, and Docker.
• Experience with CURL and Python.
• Extensive networking and troubleshooting experience.
• Proven skills in Disk Extensions and OS Upgrades.
• Strong research skills for complex issue resolution.
