Webinar Producer - Remote

Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Webinar Producer to join our APAC & JAPAN marketing team on a fixed term basis. This role is pivotal in engaging and converting top-of-funnel inquiries into marketing qualified leads (MQLs), focusing on cybersecurity decision-makers in enterprise companies across Asia Pacific, Japan, and China.

In Short

• Plan, promote, and produce high-impact webinars.
• Manage all aspects of webinar logistics.
• Coordinate with speakers to ensure relevant content.
• Attract the right audience through effective promotion.
• Work closely with marketing and sales leaders.
• Measure webinar performance using CRM and marketing tools.
• Collaborate with global and local teams.
• Monitor and report on webinar performance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in webinar production.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with webinar hosting and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
