Overview

As a Customer Compliance Specialist at Cloudflare, you will be part of a team focused on building trust with customers through sharing information about Cloudflare’s security program and policies. You will develop into a subject matter expert and assist various teams in understanding Cloudflare’s security posture.

• Contribute to public-facing documentation on security topics.
• Develop answers to common customer questions about security and compliance.

• Act as the first point of contact for Customer Security Compliance issues.
• Assist legal with security and privacy terms in contracts.
• Enhance existing processes using your expertise.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in security compliance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and RFP tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of privacy principles and regulations is a major plus.
