• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data.
• Audit and maintain compensation databases and systems.
• Support ad hoc analytical data analysis.
• Develop compensation models for insights.

• Assist in implementing compensation policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Compensation experience.
• Experience with salary structure design and market pricing.
• Exposure to equity program administration.
• Knowledge of Radford survey benchmark jobs.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of Workday.
