In Short

  • Conduct onboarding calls, guiding district administrators through product set up.
  • Provide proactive outreach, nudging customers through their next onboarding steps.
  • Track, prioritize, and manage onboarding cases effectively.
  • Answer customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge.
  • Establish trust with key district stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Work with team members to escalate issues to Support, Product, and Engineer teams.
  • Meet and exceed service level expectations, driving high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in technical and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Skilled at multitasking across calls, tickets, and internal communications.
  • Adept at engaging district administrators, understanding needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Empathetic and committed to supporting district administrators.
  • Collaborative team player who partners across teams to solve challenges.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to support colleagues and adapt to team needs.
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Passionate about education, technology, and working with school districts.
